Digital reports are delivered by email.
Consulting sessions are conducted online via Google Meet, Zoom or another agreed platform.
Delivery time depends on the purchased service and is specified during checkout or agreed directly with the client.
No physical products are shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for service delivery.Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information supplied by the customer may affect delivery timelines.
ComplaintsIf you believe the delivered service does not correspond to what was purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Every complaint will be reviewed individually.
For custom consulting engagements that have already begun, refunds may not be available for work already completed.
All reports, recommendations, templates, documentation, and materials prepared by GTMara remain protected by intellectual property laws.Purchased materials may not be resold, redistributed, or published without written permission.
Consulting recommendations are provided based on information available at the time of engagement. GTMara does not guarantee specific business, revenue, marketing, or sales outcomes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). If prices are displayed in Euro, the amount charged to your payment card will be converted into Serbian dinar according to the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.When your payment card is charged, the amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate used by your card issuer. As a result, there may be a slight difference between the price displayed on our website and the amount charged.
