Consulting sessions may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Once delivery of a report, audit, strategy document, analysis, workshop material, or other digital deliverable has begun, refunds are generally not available.
If GTMara is unable to deliver the purchased service, the customer will receive a full refund.

Any refund for purchases made using payment cards will be processed exclusively to the payment card used for the original transaction.
